Porsche enthusiasts will be delighted to learn that they will not have to wait at the Geneva Auto Show to finally see the new 911 GT3 (991), thanks to a Rennlist Forums user.

In addition to a bunch of photos (that are all available on the forum) the user that created the subject provides us some information about the mean german machine. It seems that the engine will be entirely new, produce a little more than 450 horsepower and will be used for the racong-only Cup Car version.

The PDK automatic transmission will be the only option (ie, no manual) and it will be possible to make gear shifts at very high rpm’s – at 9,000 rpm to be precise. Now that’s very nice.

Aesthetically speaking, the new Porsche 911 GT3 essentially borrows the looks of theCarrera4, but with a new rear spoiler.
