The worst part about this story is that the description of the YouTube video mentions that the driver, Giorgi Tevzadze, recognize that no one should never drive like this on public roads and that he does not intent on doing it again.

Keep in mind that this is the same person who broke just about every driving law there is, later posted this video on YouTube and gave out his name.
