FAIL: This is NOT How You Talk Your Way Out of a Speeding Ticket
Two Russians visiting Ukraine were stopped by the police while they were exceeding speed limits, and tried to use their knowledge of English in an attempt to save themselves from a ticket.
Their diabolical plan seemed to work qui well when the first police officer they talked to did not know the language of Skakespeare, but quickly turned against them when his partner, who mastered English, came to his rescue. How do you say now … he laughs best who laughs last?
