The man who is the subject of this video definitely deserves to have his license taken away for life for being the worst idiot there is. For no apparent reason, he cut off another motorist traveling on a Russian country road and then suddenly braked. The victim of this madman subsequently attempted to overtake him, only to be almost pushed off the road, almost causing a horrific head-on collision.
