Here is the Peugeot Velv concept
The urban microcars of the 60′s are making a comeback as electric vehicles. The Velv has three seats, with the driver in the middle like in the McLaren F1. The 20 kW engine gives it a max speed of 110 km/h while the range is 100 km.
